Title: KOTOBUKI CARE Program – Transforming Japan’s Eldercare into a Global Asset
Jury’s Comments:
While many care facilities strive for better operations, few frameworks have considered the value exchange and time commitment involved in study visits. This project stands out for its thoughtful service design, which aims to reduce burdens on busy care sites while also creating future revenue opportunities. We hope this initiative and the best practices it embodies will continue to expand beyond Japan to inspire global change.
