KOTOBUKI CEO Tomoki Kaneko Delivers Keynote Address at the 32nd Annual Conference of the Japanese Association of Certified Care Worker Education
On August 20, 2026, KOTOBUKI CEO Tomoki Kaneko delivered a keynote address at the 32nd Annual Conference of the Japanese Association of Certified Care Worker Education in Shirakawa, Fukushima. Established in 1994, the association promotes the academic development of educational content and teaching methods for certified care worker education, as well as broader advancement of care education in Japan.
The theme of this year’s conference was “An Integrated Approach to Developing the Future Care Workforce: Care Education × DX × Diversity.” Against the backdrop of workforce shortages, digital transformation, and increasingly diverse learners, the conference brought together educators, researchers, and practitioners to discuss the future of care education and workforce development.
Tomoki delivered an 80-minute keynote titled “Practical Knowledge Developed Through Dialogue: Designing Care Education for Sharing Practical Knowledge,” as the first session following the opening ceremony. Nearly 80 participants attended the session, which introduced research and practice on sharing practical knowledge and learning in eldercare settings and included a mini-workshop with participants.
